Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Delivery Times
We ship all orders directly to your door across the United Kingdom.
World Cup Glasses: 5-11 business days Jerseys: 5-7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur during peak periods such as the World Cup tournament window due to high order volumes.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. No hidden fees. No surprises at checkout.
Customs and Import Charges
Matchday Temple ships internationally and some orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival in the United Kingdom. These charges are determined by UK customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Matchday Temple has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us at support@matchdaytemple.com and we will investigate immediately. Matchday Temple is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing, but we will always do our best to resolve any issues quickly.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@matchdaytemple.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
