World Cup Glasses
We want you to love your Matchday Temple order. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a full 30-day return policy on all World Cup glasses from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. To start a return simply contact us at support@matchdaytemple.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved we'll provide instructions on how to send the item back. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. As our fulfilment centre is located internationally, return shipping fees typically range between £14.99 / €17.99 and are the sole responsibility of the customer. This amount will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of the returned item.
Jerseys
Due to the nature of replica apparel, all jersey sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on jerseys unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
If your jersey arrives with a manufacturing defect or is not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@matchdaytemple.com with a photo of the fault and your order number. In this case we will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If any item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@matchdaytemple.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right immediately — no hassle, no drama.
Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
